Who are we

Established in 2013, co-owners John Harkin and Rob Kenny have more than 30 years combined experience within the tiling industry. Having worked on all substrates here in New Zealand and in Ireland, they’re comfortable working on large-scale architectural projects as well as small, intricate jobs. Emerald Tile pride themselves on going the extra mile for every client.

How we work

We’re a team of passionate people dedicated to getting the details right, producing work that looks great for decades to come. We pride ourselves on constantly upskilling the team, and therefore stay abreast of the requirements within the New Zealand Building code. You can expect an experienced, friendly and professional tiler for each and every job.

What we do

From our headquarters in Canterbury, we take care of all aspects of wall and floor tiling procedures, including floor preparation and waterproofing. Our highly focused team have extensive experience in the tile and stone industries, enabling us to offer creative solutions on all our projects from basic ceramic tiling to high-quality natural stone finishes.
